GMP validation
Validated at an EU hospital pharmacy under a structured GMP framework. The study included 1,063 performance qualification (PQ) preparations, with 100% of preparations within ±5%, a maximum bias of 4.90%, a mean bias of <1.0%, a residual risk of RPN ≤25 (ISO 14971), and an ALCOA+ audit trail meeting EudraLex Annex 11.
Throughput & productivity
Validated in a hospital that prepares approximately 65,000 cytotoxic doses annually. Of the 3,491 preparations completed with Mundus HD, 51% were finished in under 2 minutes, 82% in under 3 minutes, and 96% in under 5 minutes, including high viscosity drugs such as bevacizumab, rituximab, and paclitaxel.
