Position Summary: We are seeking a high-energy, experienced, and passionate Inside Sales Representative who enjoys being on the phone to identify opportunities and set meetings for others to attend to close deals. In this position you will have a critical role in the national strategic plan and growth strategy by researching business information, identifying potential leads, developing productive relationships with key decision makers at Equashield, and setting meetings with potential customers.

Experience Requirements and Responsibilities include:

Qualified candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree.

Candidate should have at least 2 yrs. of proven success with phone sales and use to making 50-100 calls per day.

You must have a terrific and persuasive phone presence.

You should like to be on the phone and talk to people you've never met to identify needs and set meetings. People enjoy talking to you too and listen more than they hang up.

You need to be able to talk intelligently about Healthcare safety, oncology drug preparation and oncology drug delivery without being an expert in them

You have a proven track record of securing meetings w/top level decision makers

You can consistently make 100s of calls per week and record data accurately about those calls which means you can efficiently track information and maintain data (in the CRM) that are key indicators of performance and success in the job

As part of the sales team, you are key to the national meeting sales objectives but are ok not being the one who closes the sale

You consistently work effectively with the sales team and prospects to identify and communicate needs and schedule appointments

Basic Areas of Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent project and time management skills

Great interpersonal skills with a positive and optimistic outlook

Some understanding of the US Healthcare market would be great, but not required

Medical Device Sales Representative – New England

Sales representative with experience in selling to Hospital Pharmacy and Nursing Departments

We are seeking a sales representative with experience in selling to Hospital Pharmacy and Hospital Nursing Departments based out of the New England Area.

Location: Boston, MA, USA

Position Summary: Medical Device Sales Representative in the Boston Metro Area is responsible to build awareness and achieve business objectives in multi state territory (MA, VT, NH, VT, ME, RI) for the sales of the Equashield Closed System Transfer Device (CSTD). This position builds new relationships with potential customers while expanding relationship with existing accounts.

Candidate must have experience in selling to Hospital Pharmacy and Hospital Nursing Departments.

Responsibilities include:

Meet/Exceed regional sales quota for Equashield products

Create and implement effective direct sales strategies toward achievement of corporate sales objectives.

Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.

Proactively identify changes in healthcare, delivery systems, and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.

Partner with the Director of Sales and Manager of Corporate and Strategic Accounts in the development of key customer relationship.

Negotiate purchase agreements with the assistance of Hospital Account Managers.

Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, etc.) to address key business needs and opportunities.

Maintain competitive knowledge of all CSTDs on the market to create and adjust sales strategies.

Attend sales meetings, clinical meetings, seminars, and conferences as appropriate.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Solid understanding of healthcare and regulatory requirements and issues.

Exceptional negotiation skills.

Experience in selling to Directors of Pharmacy and Nursing Managers

Travel Requirements:

Ability to travel as required across several states, estimated to be up to 90% , as necessary per territory growth.

Pharmacy Technician provides clinical support to Equashield clients and team members

Location: USA

Position Summary: Pharmacy Technician provides clinical support to Equashield clients and team members for the implementation of the Equashield Closed System Drug Transfer Device (CSTD) ensuring support services are provided in accordance with pharmacology standards and company policy. This role is based out of any large metropolitan area in the western US.

Essential Functions

General Responsibilities:

Provides product support and education as needed for new, current and prospective Equashield clients and new or current associates including but not limited to: types of product, use of and mechanical aspects of product

Communicates and maintains relationships with existing customers via telephone, e-mail and on-sight regarding educational needs and training

Communicates via telephone, e-mail, and on-sight with internal team members regarding educational needs, training, visit outcomes or pertinent client information Collaborates with internal staff and customers to develop clinical policies and procedures

Coordinates clinical trials and implementations with existing and prospective customers as needed

Performs wipe studies as assigned following company policy and procedure

Pans, executes and follows up on new accounts within company guidelines

Participates in trade shows to promote the company line, educate potential and existing customers in the medical community

Reports complaints, regarding company products and service per company policy

Staff Development:

Attends educational meetings , trade shows, or other as required by company policies

Maintains knowledge base of oncology, safe handling and hazardous drugs

Assists with writing and updating company policy and procedures as directed

Safety:

Follows proper infection control procedure while conducting wipe studies, training, and on-site education

Reports accidents while on the job to the management staff per company policy

Special Activities:

Maintains confidentiality of necessary and proprietary information
