Step 1: Check the shipping crate labels and indicators. #

There are multiple kinds of packaging labels and indicators on the shipping crate.

Packaging labels:

Please take a picture of each of the following labels in the following table, and send the images to an EQUASHIELD® Customer Service representative. The different indicators should indicate that no serious shifting was done during transportation.

Step 2: Take out the Safety pins. #

The safety pins are located in each of the latches around the crate. Store them in a sealed plastic bag, and save them for repacking.

Step 3. Open the latches. #

Save all of the crate materials in a secure location to use for repackaging.
