We seek an independent and proactive Sales & Customer Success Rep, that will be the agent for our growth strategy in Europe.

Join us and be a part of rapidly growing company that is a technology leader in its segment.As a Sales & Customer Success Rep, you will be responsible for discussing and working closely with

our exclusive distributers to ensure close collaboration in implementing our Push and Pull Demand Strategy. Your focus will be on identifying business opportunities, provide excellent customer service and problem resolution and expand the Equashield European distribution network.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow sales, and profitability through proactive management of Distributers and end users relationships
  • Take active part in the development of sales growth plans that lead a joint company/distributer planning process which identifies relevant customer needs, prioritizes initiatives and establishing a clear action plan for success.
  • Develop and expand the depth and breadth of the client relationships.
  • Enhance client relationships through extensive knowledge of the operations, people, business, personal and face-to-face interactions enabling a strategic, relationship-based value-added solutions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor relationship with key hospitals accounts and stakeholders.
  • Selling solutions in to existing accounts
  • Ensure overall client success and satisfaction from With the Sapiens products and services
  • Build relationships based on good rapport with both customers and internal project teams
  • Ensure delivery of agreed targets and budget, periodic reports to leadership team.
  • Work with multi and cross-functional teams (R&D, QA, Production, Finance etc.), to ensure successful execution of schedule and meet customer's expectations.

The experience you will bring :

  • A bachelor's certificate - BA/MBA.
  • Bsc. Degree in Mechanical engineering/software/industrial management – a plus.
  • Business understanding, familiarity with commerce terms and agreements.
  • Significant experience in preparing and budgeting strategic plans.
  • Significant experience in identifying and developing new customers.
  • Strong and effective communication skills, including verbal, written, presentation and negotiation in English and German. Other languages – a plus.
  • Self-starter, requiring minimal supervision, but also able to work in collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Experience in direct sales of automatic machinery to hospitals – a plus.
  • Experience in sales through distributors – a plus.
