Serve as the CCO “right-hand”, support all elements topping the unit’s agenda. Lead key projects

and support major organizational processes.

Major areas of responsibility, main processes, tasks

  1. Provide business analysis support in diverse areas topping the unit’s agenda, assist CCO-led projects
  2. Support strategy development and strategic planning processes
  3. Play an active role in defining and implementing value-creation programs, conduct analysis support, prepare implementation plans (e.g. actions, time line, resources, impact)
  4. Conduct market and business intelligence research
  5. Work with senior management team, support key Sales & Marketing processes across many areas
  6. Create communication materials
  7. Own meeting summaries and action items follow up

Knowledge & qualifications

  1. Degree in Business, Economics or related field – required
  2. MBA or equivalent (e.g. MA in Economics) – advantage
  3. Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience in projects management. Working in Marketing – advantage
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Global experience
  6. Excellent English – mandatory, other languages – advantage
  7. Travels abroad from time to time

Skills & abilities

  1. High level of Analytical abilities and strategic mindset. project management capabilities, “out-of-the-box” thinker.
  2. Strong proactive communication and negotiating skills with the proven ability to work collaboratively with and support management in executing strategy and goals
